Fibre-to-Air — connect professionally
A professionally managed wireless service for premises where fibre is unavailable, delayed or unsuitable. Coverage, capacity and line of sight must be confirmed.
MANAGED BACKUP
Switch without switching off your business.
Managed backup is separately billed and sized around the operation, not the headline speed. Dedicated customers receive preferential pricing.

Designed continuity: coverage, line of sight, capacity and technical design apply. A service is not called fully redundant until independent paths and dependencies are verified.
Commercial treatment: backup is not included in the base connectivity price. Every managed backup option is separately billed.

A business telephone number is what customers dial. Simultaneous-call capacity determines how many calls can happen at the same time. Handsets and extensions are separate choices.

HARDWARE & INSTALLATION
Router level follows the selected product.Standard scope excludes civil work and non-standard installation.Access points, workplace Wi-Fi and router UPS are assessed and quoted.Desk, Wi-Fi, reception and cordless phones can be bought or rented.
Extra extensions are R50 pm. NOWTECH VOICE CLOUD setup is R1,500 once-off. Porting, call usage and hardware are quoted or billed where applicable.
